Return and Refund Policy
Due to our products being perishable, all food sales are final.
Pop Central will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled in transit. Please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to ensure you are pleased with the product.
Pop Central is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of:
- Shipments being returned to the shipping carriers location.
- Being undeliverable due to incorrect address information you supply during checkout
- For circustances that cause the package to be undeliverable due to recipients inability to take delivery on given delivery date.
If sending product as a gift we urge you to make the necessary arrangements with the recipient at time of order placement. In the event that a gift is returned, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not recieve a refund.
If you would like for us to reship a fresh gift, you will only be charged for 50% of the gift's cost along with full shipping and handling costs. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited back to the original credit card.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are the recipient of a refund, the costs for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. No items are to be returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied, we will offer a replacement or a refund of that selection.
