1. Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders are popped and ready to ship out 1-2 days after we receive the order unless there is a note or event date included.

All orders with Event Dates will be scheduled to ship close to the event date for maximum freshness. Event date orders will typically be scheduled to arrive to you 2-3 days before your indicated event date.

Please remember when serving popcorn to your guests that FRESH is ALWAYS BEST!

2. Q: If I place my order today, can you hold off on shipping it closer to the date of my party?

A: Yes, this is very common with orders that we receive. When you place your order, please leave a note in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO SELLER" box. This box is right before you checkout and enter your shipping info. Let us know the date of the event and we will schedule your popcorn to arrive to you 2-3 days before the event for maximum freshness.

 3. Q: Popcorn Bar Questions?

Our popcorn bars are such a fun & creative touch to any event. Birthday parties, Weddings, Business meetings, Employee appreciation days, Baby Showers, etc.

We keep it simple. 2 packages to choose from. The All-In-One package (popcorn, bowls, scoops & flavor cards) Just open your box and you're ready to set it up. All you need is cups or bags to put the popcorn in. We sell those too if you want to add them.

The second is a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) package. This package is POPCORN ONLY. This is perfect for customers that already have the bowls and scoops. Just don't forget the cups or bags for your guests to put the popcorn in. 

Popcorn Bars are only shipped via UPS Ground delivery. Please make sure that you let us know your event date so we can make sure that the popcorn arrives on time. Popcorn is popped fresh and each batch is made specifically for your order.

4. Q: Party Favors ??

Our Party Favor bags have become the hottest new trend in parties, wedding favors and business marketing. We can design and personalize anything that you want.

If you want a particular character or theme just send an email with the details and we will send you a design proof and a link to order that item.

Why is Cheddar, Movie Theater, Dill Pickle, etc. not on the list of flavors?

Cheesy/Salty flavors only have a shelf life of 1-2 weeks. We use real cheese and the natural oils will start to absorb into the popcorn after about 1 week and make the popcorn get soft. The party favor bags only hold 1 cup of popcorn. When you fill those bags with a savory (non candy coated) popcorn there is no weight to them and no "wow factor". It's kind of disappointing because the savory flavors don't weigh very much so they do not fill out the bags as much. This is our main reason why we do not offer these flavors in the party favors. We know what looks good and just want to prevent our customers from being disappointed. 

 

We have sold over 600 party favor sets on ETSY. We decided to close our ETSY shop to be able to offer our customers better deals and specials through our website.

Emails are answered very quickly and personally. We are a small business so when you call or email us you are dealing with real down-to-earth people... no automated answering machines.

5. Q: Allergies and Ingredients

Candied Popcorn: Gluten Free & Dairy Free

Popcorn, coconut oil, sugar, corn syrup solids, soy lecithin, cream of tarter, dextrose. Includes: natural & artificial flavor, FD&C Red #40, Blue #1, Yellow #5, Yellow #6, Green #3, Red #3, Citric Acid, Malic Acid. Soybean oil, soy lecithin.

Allergy info: Contains Soy

Please note: The risk for an allergic reaction to soy lecithin and soy oils is low, but a reaction can occur. Studies show that most people who have an allergy to soy may eat products that contain soy lecithin and soy oils. This is because these substances are fat-based and people with allergies react to the protein portion of the food. The proteins are broken down during the cooking process. Please consume at your own risk. Everyone's allergies and sensitivity levels are different.

Caramel Popcorn: contains Milk, Butter, Soy

Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Brown Sugar, Molasses, Soy Lecithin, Cream Of Tartar, Popcorn, Water, Sugar, Butter (Cream, Salt), Coconut Oil, Soybean Oil, Salt.

Allergy info: Milk, Soy.

TREE NUT ALLERGY: 

Our facility does process popcorn with nuts. We do our part to prevent cross contamination but most of our flavors are produced on equipment that may have trace pieces of pecans, cashews, walnuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and dairy.

6. Q: How much popcorn is in the bag?

We offer 6 bag sizes. We measure in cups (not weight).
Mini- 3 cups
Small - 6 cups
Medium - 15 cups
Large - 26 cups
X-Large - 42 cups
Party - 110 cups (sold in-store only. Not available to ship.)
