UPS does not guarantee shipping times or dates. This means that you can not get a refund because your package arrived too late. Please keep this in mind when ordering for events. Please allow extra time for deliveries.
We rarely have delivery issues but please remember that once the package leaves our shop, UPS takes over. We cannot control the weather or if the UPS truck breaks down or if a porch pirate steals your package.
- UPS does not allow refunds for delayed deliveries due to inclement weather, traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns.
Orders are shipped UPS Ground Delivery (2-5 business days Mon-Fri).
- Some smaller Texas orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Deliveries to California typically takes 4-5 business days. Example: your order leaves Pop Central on a Monday and arrives to your door on Friday.
Deliveries to New Jersey & New York typically take 4-5 business days. Example: order leaves Pop Central on a Monday and arrives to your door on Friday.
Deliveries to Florida typically take 3-4 business days. Some cities in the Panhandle area arrive in 2 business days.
Deliveries to Houston, Texas are 1 day delivery and will arrive the next day.
Most orders are shipped out the following day after they are received unless there is an event date indicated.
