Return and Refund Policy

Due to our products being perishable, all food sales are final.

If you decline your order and "return to sender" you will only receive a partial refund. Packages that are returned to us will be charged for the original shipment fee, the return shipment fee and a 10% restocking fee.

Pop Central will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled in transit. Please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to ensure you are pleased with the product.

Pop Central is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of:

• Shipments being returned to the shipping carriers location.
• Being undeliverable due to incorrect address information you supply during checkout.
• For circumstances that cause the package to be undeliverable due to recipients inability to take delivery on given delivery date.
• Packages left outdoors that get wet or melt. 

Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited back to the original credit card.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are the recipient of a refund, the costs for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. No items are to be returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied, we will offer a replacement or a refund of that selection.
